    처음에 받았을때 걱정을 많이 했다. 외부박스는 처참한 상태로 도착했다! 그러나 내용물에는 이상이없다! 아무튼 결과적으로는 잘 동작한다!

    I bought the mop with an extra head (and paid more for it) but the head was not sent. I sent a refund complaint message but it 2as closed so I will reopen it since I should get the extra mod head I paid for. Also, no instructions. I figured out how to work the mop (it has a white lever that allows it to spin) on my own and since I never had a mop like this I didnt immediately guess. The mop was dented, the bucket dirty and the box pretty damaged. For 20 British pounds, this really wasn't a great purchase. As I said, I should really get the extra mop head!

    Very lovely design. Remember to pop the white lever out, then push the mop down to spin dry the mop.
