Works, turns on for 12 seconds, you need to touch it tactile to turn on, will not turn on from shaking (I think)

It feels like it's a very cheap and fragile material. I don't think it will last. Wouldn't pay more than CLP $2.000.
It has an on Button, an off button and a "car" button that I don't understand what it does, but it works the same as the on.
