I received the vacuum cleaner quickly, but the problem is that the floor brush was damaged. So I contacted the seller and opened a dispute on . The seller offered to send me a new brush if I removed the dispute, to which I replied that I would remove the dispute as soon as I received the brush. I did not receive any more responses from the seller. I contacted and they recommended that I return the vacuum cleaner, but since I didn't get the return label either, refunded my money. So the experience has been very bad with the seller and very good with .
